FURNACE INSTALLATION
NORTHERN COLORADO
FORT COLLINS • LOVELAND • WINDSOR •
WELLINGTON • BERTHOUD • TIMNATH
As Northern Colorado’s trusted heating system
installation experts, we know what it takes to size and
install the right furnace for your home. We start with
an analysis of your current system and identify
potential problems with ducts or system design. If we
can avoid new furnace hardware and resolve the issue,
great, but sometimes a new install is your best bet.
Keeping this in mind, we aren’t going to install a new
furnace into a poorly designed heating system. Not only
can a badly planned furnace installation cause
unnecessary strain on the new furnace, but it can also
have a direct effect on your heating bill, where
inefficient systems need to work much harder to get
the job done.

FURNACE SERVICE LIST
We are Northern Colorado furnace installation
experts. But there is more to a heating
system install than plugging in the new unit
and removing the old furnace. Below is a list
of our complete processes that ensure your
new heating system investment works great
for years to come.
1. MANUAL J CALCULATIONS
This process calculates the
amount of heat your home
loses during the winter
months. It is used to
properly size your furnace
based on several variables
throughout your house.
2. FURNACE INSTALL
The installation happens
quickly and efficiently. We
use the manufacturer’s
stringent guidelines to
install your new furnace to
promote longevity and
efficiency. We don’t cut
corners!
3. ADJUST GAS PRESSURE
Every furnace has an
optimal gas pressure. If
your gas pressure is too
high or too low,
you can have efficiency and
even safety issues with your
furnace.
4. COMBUSTION SAFETY
Beyond the gas pressure and
leak checks, the combustion
system needs to be able to
fire up cleanly and safely
every time.
We perfect ignition to
combustion in your system.
5. CO & GAS LEAK DETECTION
We take our customer safety
very seriously. The reality
is, your HVAC system can
leak gas or carbon
monoxide. We test any
system we are repairing,
and every furnace we
install.
6. TEMPERATURE CHECK
When installing a furnace,
we ensure that the unit is
operating within heating
and cooling tolerances.
7. SEALED DUCT
Making sure your ductwork
has a perfect seal with any
furnace installation is part
of our process. Protect your
furnace and filters with
properly sealedducts.
8. FURNACE RECYCLING
Your old furnace will not be
thrown into the landfill as
part of you furnace install
process. We recycle!
